Blended Girl Cosmetics is a 1 woman ran business. She takes inventory, breaks down boxes, recycles, packages every single order, is customer support and manages all social media pages.
Due to this aspect shipping times may vary and take up to 10 Days ( 10 business days minus weekends) after purchase date to get to the post office. Please understand that BGC is a small business.
- CONTACT: send an email to email@example.com with any questions about your order.
- SHIPPING: My job is to get your order to the post office. Once it is out of my hands I cannot do anything and only see what you see regarding shipping updates. You will have to contact USPS for further action. Due to people ordering from home more than ever and COVID ship times may vary.
- PRE-ORDERS: These items are made to order! This means ship times can vary from 30-50 days depending on how long it takes to produce and physically arrive at my door. Please read item descriptions carefully as I always update when making pre-orders available.
- DAMAGED ITEMS: Please send us an email upon arrival of damaged goods at: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Include: Order #, Picture of damaged item(s), name on the order
- REFUNDS: Due to COVID and the fact that cosmetics cannot be resold after purchase we do not offer refunds unless the order is cancelled before being shipped. ALL COSMETIC ITEMS are a final sale. Once your item is shipped it cannot be refunded or cancelled.
Blended Girl reaches out to people that are passionate about makeup, create beauty content & post on socials regularly. She also takes into consideration of those that have supported BGC through purchases in the past.
